1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ase356 website accessible at ase356.app and any associated mobile web application operated under the ase356 brand.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ase356 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the ase356 platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.2 ase356 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — to verify your age at any point during your registration, during active play, or prior to processing a withdrawal.

2.3 If at any time ase356 determines that a Player does not meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. Bonus funds and winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited in full.

2.4 Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited at the time of placing wagers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

2.5 The following individuals are not eligible to use ase356 under any circumstances:

3 Account Registration and Maintenance

You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. ase356 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 ase356 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 All financial transactions on the ase356 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. ase356 does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ase356 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 ase356 targets the following processing timelines, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by payment provider processing times or account verification requirements:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: 15 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: 30 to 60 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank): 2 to 4 business hours.
• Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard): 1 to 3 business days.

4.5 ase356 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours of the request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to the Player's account balance.

4.6 Deposits made using Bonus Funds or credited as a result of a chargeback dispute are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 ase356 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, free bets, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• A wagering (rollover) requirement must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to generate a guaranteed profit from promotional funds is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Gameplay Rules and Betting Integrity

6.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform on a Player's behalf is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

6.5 ase356 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or close an account if it determines that a Player's betting patterns pose an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform's betting operations.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses, limits, or self-exclusion measures.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ase356 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:
